Candidate Quality and Best Practices

Every candidate is pre-screened over the phone to gauge basic telephone etiquette and professionalism. As a second layer of pre-screening, every candidate receives a personal, behavioral-based interview and computer skills evaluation. During the interview we conduct a complete review of the candidate's work history and career plan.

No candidate may work as a temporary employee or be placed as a direct hire without providing at least two business references. This requirement follows the Ncompass Group's "best practices" and is at no extra cost to the client. Criminal background checks, drug screening and credit histories are all available upon request.

On those occasions when we may not be able to employ someone, we make every effort to counsel that applicant on topics such as resume presentation and interview skills.
