Direct Hire
One-time fee and 60-day pro-rated guarantee; employee on client payroll from day one.

Temp-to-Hire
Higher bill rate; no conversion fee after either 320 or 520 hours have been completed.

Temp-to-Convert
Contract employee on Ncompass Group payroll for 3-6 months; then converts to client payroll with a fee discount for hours worked.

Temporary Only
Employee on Ncompass Group payroll for indefinite period of time or for a short term assignment.
